Special hotel with really helpful and helpful staff. Nice styled rooms with a comfy bed.

Disinterested staff!

Lovely bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room. Stunning, favourable location really close to many other attractions in the area, clearer waters of West Lake Okoboji, and bike trail.

We thoroughly enjoyed this special and fantastic hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. Big room with a comfy bed, amazingly nice staff — everything was nice. The room had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the venue was not far from lakes, many other attractions and a nice public beach for swimming. Furthermore, on the lake. We had a great stay in a long time.

What a great and fantastic location so close to everything! Very comfy beds, a microwave, a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment in the room.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The staff treated us wonderfully and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe adding some more hot food options.

We would come here again when visiting Okoboji. The hotel has the restaurant for dinner.

Nice building and rooms with a comfy bed. With a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. Fantastic and incredible location - so close to a boat dock. The hotel so close to eateries and restaurants.

The setting is absolutely perfect, it's just off the major bike paths around the lake and local donut shop for fresh donuts. It's the first place where the staff was extremely helpful. Liked our stay and would come here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was easy to find, right on the main State road. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were modern and clean with nice furnishings. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit and covered gazebo in the courtyard area. There were also chairs by the wood fire pit on the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake view. Additionally, there were many dining options within walking distance of the hotel.

Only stayed 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this special and fantastic hotel. The staff was superfriendly and accommodating, doing great job. We had the king room which was big size with a comfy bed. Property's location was marvellous and stunning, on the lake.

Absolutely perfect location, within 5 minutes walk to Brooks Beach. Located away from hustle and bustle.

The lobby of the main building seemed modernized. I appreciated the continental breakfast and yoga on Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and tried to help with my questions. The Smack Shack was neat. I liked the access to the bike trail only feet away from my door. The hotel facilities were great, with bonfires, outside furniture, and a dock. The location was perfect, close to everything on the beach and on the lake.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Accommodating staff and the room spacious and updated with cocktails and comfortable beds, as example. Marvellous location in Okoboji, near the grounds with live music and bike trail and the lakes.

It has marvellous location to see a public golf course. And it's so close to eateries and restaurants.

The room was updated and huge, with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in a great and stunning location next to lakes, bike and walking trails, restaurants, and local donut shop for fresh donuts and coffee and everything, the water, restaurants and water sports rentals and a public beach for what we wanted it for.
